If you use several different languages in your writings, GeSHi may be of interest to you. It's written in PHP, but you can use the demo (which I've linked to) if you aren't running that. It supports tons of languages, including C, Ruby, Coldfusion, Java, Perl, Smalltalk and just about any popular language (and some unpopular) you can think of.
